Cape Trip - Day 3

We got up and out pretty early to head to the beach.  The weather man said it was due to rain in the afternoon so we figured we'd get some time in as early as we could.

The beach was pretty empty due to the forecast so I took some goofy pictures of my goofy boys.

It turns out the weather man was wrong.  It did not wait until the afternoon to start raining.  We got about 2 hours in at the beach before we packed it in.  We went home for naps and lunch and then went to an indoor play place.

I guess Ben thinks it stinks!

After the play place, we went out to dinner and YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMY clam chowder!

Off to the Yarmouth Summer Kick Off Ice Cream Fest.

For $5 we got 5 tickets to try 5 different scoops of ice cream.

The babies stuck with vanilla, but Eli, Dave and I tried some super yummy flavors!

It was also a kite festival of some kind.

We went down to the fishing dock to get a view of the ocean side of the Cape.

Then off to a few errands and bed!  What a long day!!!
