Well, I guess my 29 week post was a bit too positive. Last night I felt a few trickles and wasn't sure if it was urine or fluid...so I called the hospital. They said I should stop by for a visit. While running around packing my stuff & Eli's stuff and getting a sitter for Eli, I continued to feel some leakage. So we sent Eli off to Matt & Amy's.
We hauled tail down to Boston, which didn't take long thankfully. We checked into triage and they confirmed it was indeed fluid. I started panicking and crying and hyperventilating. From there, I was admitted and I've been here ever since and will continue to be here until the little guys arrive.
I'm on Magnesium, antibioticsm and saline. I've had one dose of my steroids. I was contracting a bit, but the mag stopped it. The biggest issue is the lack of sleep. After 72 hours in L&D (where I currently am) if everybody behaves, I get to move to antepartum.
Well it's tough typing with this silly thing on my finger and my supper's arrived...yum-o!!!

for hodpital food...mgh is not so bad imo. Wishing you and the little guys plenty of rest!
Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Hang in there. You and the little guys are in the best place, getting the best care - relax (as much as you can, I know - enjoying dinner is a good sign 8*) and let the experts do their thing. Please let me know if I can do anything.
Oh girl! That just sucks and is so scary. I know how this was like one of your biggest fears... One of my friends who had twins managed to go like 6 weeks after her water broke so its possible you can hang in there for a while longer. Hope they are giving you enough to eat in there haha! I was hungry every few minutes because I couldnt fit enough in at once. Keep us posted, you guys will continue in my thoughts and prayers!!!
Sorry for your worries, Renee, but glad you are in good hands. We will all be thinking of you and keeping you, Dave, Eli and the babies in our prayers.
Keep thinking positive thoughts and listen to the doctors and nurses. As always, you, the babies, Eli and Dave are in our thoughts and prayers.
Renee, wishing you and the babies well. Hang in there!
We are thinking and praying for you, Dave, Eli and the babies.
