26 weeks down...10 more to go (hopefully)

We're excited that we've hit the 26 week mark. 2 more weeks until we hit the important 28 week mark. As usual though, every minute, hour, day, week is important for these little guys' development. We'd love to make it to 36 weeks, but understand that 32 is typical. We hope to make it as long as we can.

We wouldn't be able to do what we're doing without all of our angels. We have angels dropping off gently used baby gear for us, giving us hand-me-down clothes and linens, taking care of Eli for us, helping Dave in construction-land upstairs, and making us meals. Now we just need a landscaping angel and a bathroom angel and we should be all set ;).

Of course the bigger I get, the less mobile I get. Last night was humiliating as Dave pushed me around the mall in a wheel chair, but I got what I needed to get and I didn't pass out so I guess it's not all bad. Lately standing/walking for more than 10 minutes causes some breathing issues. I get a little woozy. This includes the shower. J and Amy let us borrow a shower seat. It's funny taking a shower sitting down, but it's that or pass out...hmm...I'll take a shower seat please. Also sleeping is difficult as I'm only "allowed" to sleep on my left or right sides. This causes some issues in my hips and shoulders and I toss and turn all night long. J and Amy also let me borrow an "egg crate". Remember those? I think we all had them in college, but they're no where to be found now. Well, since I've gotten it, it's been miracle, who knew? Long live the egg crate!!!
