Ski Trip 2012

We started out on Friday afternoon.  I had a 1/2 day and Dave took the day off to pack the van.  Our plan was to get everything loaded up and head over to pick Eli up at 2 when he gets out of school.

It worked! And we even had enough room for Eli in the back!!!
(his school was celebrating Mardi Gras...if you're wondering about his outfit).

We even managed to do the whole drive without stopping and made it up to the rental house by 4ish.  That gave us an hour to get settled, feed the babies, choose the bedrooms, and unload the van.
Crazy car picture of the mountains.  There was even some snow!!!

Saturday morning, Eli was signed up for Ski School (and for Sunday and Monday too).  The babies and I went over to Waterville Valley Rec Center to get some play time in.

Saturday night, we went down to the fireworks at the town center.

Sunday, it was back to Ski School for Eli and the rest of the gang drove around to check out the town.  I was finally able to spy on Eli long enough to get some pictures.  He's the black/gray blob attached to the teacher (aka blue blob).

Eli's not in this picture.  This is just a mountain shot.

We hung around at the mountain for lunch.  The babies had their pouches and Dave
and I had the most delicious soup ever (I'm not even being sarcastic...It was delish!!!)

Then back to the house, we set the babies up in front of the fire.

The view from the top.

The view from the bottom.

Monday morning, we headed back to the mountain to drop Eli off for Ski School.  Dave decided to get a few runs in too.

 Battle Wounds:
Ben decided to pierce his lip (yup...it went all the way through).

And I decided to erase my finger prints by cutting up some melon for the babies.
Then the 5 of us (minus Eli) went back to the Rec Center to get our play on.

Here's the proof that all that Ski School really paid off...

Big Boy Jammies!

To this day, the babies have only worn footie jammies.  We've been going through some bins of hand-me-downs from Eli and other generous souls and we found these...BIG BOY JAMMIES!!!

For some strange-Mommy's sentimental-reason, it hit me hard when I put them in these PJ's.

And I know it's probably pretty bizzarre that I'm doing an entire post on PJ's...

But...I'm the Mommy and I'm getting all sappy.

Love my little goofballs!!!
Sammy's in green/brown
Ben's in blue/white
Nate's in orage/brown
(in case you haven't memorized
my color coding chart)

Tubbers

The  boys and I were home alone one evening and I was bored out of my biscuit so I figured we should have a tubby photo shoot...

Enjoy!!!

Confession...

I've been a bit abesent from blog land and am being HARASSED by people to put up a blog post.  Well, unfortunately, February is a slow news month.  I didn't want to post MORE pictures of swim class, because that's not all that exciting, and we haven't really done much of anything because it's gotten to the point that we don't really leave the house (nice run on sentence!).

And...I have a confession...

I have a new obsession...

I'm selling the babies' clothes on line.  Not the clothes they're currently wearing, of course.  Clothes that they no longer fit into.  We have so much from the past 16 months that our basement is overflowing.  I do sell things at my local MoM sale, but not enough to clear out the mounds of stuff I have.  So, I found a few places on Facebook where moms of triplets (or twins too) buy/sell matching/coordinating sets of gear to eachother.  Just this week, I have shipped out 9 packages of stuff.  I've been good.  I've only ordered twice.  And it's mostly because somebody had stuff in Blue/Green/Orange so of course I had to scoop it up.  Love it when people color coordinate their kids in the same colors!

So...I leave you with a few pictures from a walk we took when it hit 50 degrees recently (in February!).

Fear not, next week we will have the obligatory 17 month pix as well as Valentine pix and then of course Ski Trip 2012 will be documented in pictures.
