We had a jam packed morning so we were up and at 'em at 5:30. Ben's been having some breathing issues so he was the first one up. Then we woke Eli up. Then Dave brought down Nate & Sam.

After quick peeks at our baskets and quick breakfast, we got all dolled up in our Easter finery and headed off to the 7 AM mass. Our church isn't especially child friendly and we weren't sure what to expect. We packed stuffed animals, milk cups, snack cups, mini bagels, board books, and graham crackers in our arsenal. It was pretty much depleted by 10 minutes into the mass. Luckily the mass was only an hour AND luckily we had sweet lady sitting behind us who giggled at the boys and retrieved everything they threw at her (literally). Eli and Dave had the honor of bringing up the gifts so I had a few minutes of solo-baby-duty in the pew. YIKES!
All the boys walked up to the altar for communion for the first time and they were not happy to be holding hands. On the way back to our seats, we let them run, hoping they would get it out of their systems. We got packed up and headed out. WE MADE IT OUT ALIVE!!! I'd say it was a 5 out of 10. It can only get better, right?????
We posed for a quick picture when we got home...Not too shabby...
